Information you provide directly: Name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and details about your business needs.
Caller data processed on behalf of clients: Our core service captures information from inbound calls missed by our clients. This may include caller phone number, caller name if available from carrier data, date and time of the call, and any voicemail or message content. This data is forwarded to the relevant business client for follow-up purposes. We do not use it for our own marketing or sell it to anyone.
Website visitor data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, referring URL, and cookie and tracking data.
3.How We Use Your Information
We use information to deliver and improve the Services, communicate with you about your account and support, forward caller data to the relevant business client, process and manage payments, monitor and analyze website usage, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
4.How We Share Your Information
Service providers: Third-party vendors who help operate our business — including email delivery, telephony infrastructure, Stripe, and analytics — access data only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually required to protect it.
Business clients: Caller data is shared with the specific client whose number was called. That client's own privacy practices govern how they handle that data from that point forward.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vellarow LLC, our clients, or the public.
Business transfers: If Vellarow LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
5.Data Retention
Caller data is not stored long-term — it is delivered to the client and not retained in our systems. Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping.

7.Data Security

Our services involve the processing of telephone call data. Our business clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our Services complies with the TCPA and all applicable telemarketing and call handling laws in their jurisdiction. Vellarow LLC does not initiate unsolicited calls and is not a telemarketer.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance.
